What’s more, all of our design and manufacture is undertaken in-house, and we work closely with our customers to ensure that your ideas won’t ever be lost in translation.

So, without any further ado, let’s meet the team…
Tony’s love for neon runs deep – he eats, sleeps and breathes everything neon. It’s all he’s ever wanted to do.
Since he co-founded Neon Creations, he has developed his passion into a viable business which has grown from strength to strength. He is always the last to leave the workshop!
In his spare time, Tony is a keen Millwall fan. He travels up and down the country to see them play as often as he can – it’s in his blood!
Catherine is our other co-founder, who also shares an extreme passion for neon. She particularly likes visiting the bars and restaurants in-and-around Manchester which feature our neon creations – such as Solita, Sangam, and Evelyn's.
Catherine also loves eating cakes and going to the gym – which seem to cancel each other out! She has tried her hand at baking some cakes for the workshop, which the rest of the team loved!
Sam is Tony’s right hand woman, and has been with us since early 2012. She is a core member of our production team and is gaining a wealth of experience in everything neon.
In her spare time, Sam has a passion for a variety of activities, including hunting, motorbikes and dancing – not all at the same time of course!
Tracie has been with us since February 2025 but also worked with us 2019 to 2020
covering maternity leave. Tracie is our first point of contact with all our customers,
handling inbound enquiries, and making sure our clients are happy.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her daughters and grandkids, and when
she’s not doing that, loves nothing more than chilling out watching TV, with a nice glass
of pinot to accompany her.
