An acrylic case with a clear back is a great choice if you are hoping to hang your neon sign on a wall, and you’d like to see the wall through the back of the case.
This works particularly well if you have a brick wall or a patterned wallpaper, which can add extra style and detail to your neon sign.
A clear acrylic backing can also work well if you are planning to hang the neon sign in a window, which many businesses choose to do for advertising purposes. The clear backing means the neon sign won’t block any light coming in through the window.
An acrylic case with a satin black back gives a more retro feel to a neon sign.
The contrast between the brightly coloured neon and the black backing emphasises the pop of colour, ensuring your neon sign stands out even more.
A black backing for your neon sign can also provide a great option if you would like the transformer and wiring to be a little less obvious against the background.

In instances where it’s not an option to fit the acrylic case to a fascia or hang it, we are able to provide the acrylic case with legs, or another type of base. This is so your neon sign can free stand on a flat surface.
Please note that this is not feasible if the acrylic case is very large.
